Online Payments

The amount that needs to be paid at the time of making an on-line booking will be advised either on the Miraculous Holidays Pvt. Ltd. website or by the Miraculous Holidays Pvt. Ltd. travel desk.

These payments are considered a deposit against the services that you have requested with the balance payable as specified in your receipt or email. In the event of non arrival (no show) the amount of the deposit will be forfeit subject to the cancellation policy stated below.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are liable to a loss of part of the payment effected by the customer. Cancellations due to fear of travel from actual or threatened terrorists events are also subject to this cancellation policy. Cancellation costs shall be as follows.

Changes to Booking Dates

Cancellation fees will not be charged on alterations to booking dates providing
(1) Accommodation is available on the alternative dates
(2) The change is effected and confirmed by our suppliers not later than 7 days prior to arrival date
Otherwise the cancellation costs stated above will apply

Transaction Currency

Currencies quoted on all Miraculous Holidays Pvt. Ltd. group of websites and all emails are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Insurance

It is your responsibility to protect your purchases and travel insurance is strongly recommended. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. You should be aware of risks such as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility that you may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency.
